Monica’s Comments: I got a chance to visit this breathtaking beauty of an estate on Thursday, and the number one reason to live here would just be the way the air flows through the home. For those obsessed with clean air and finding the perfect temperature during cold or hot days, this is the property for you. The way the beach breezes circulate through the home added with the warmth of the exceptional heating system make you feel cozy and beachy at the same time. I loved that the estate entrance started high with Spanish style stairs and expanded into 5 bedrooms and an expansive kitchen, living area which really gave that estate living feel.
