Monica’s Comments: Finally a home that has some celebrity glitz and glamour! This house was the same house that was part of the official Sex and the City Movie set. Samantha Jones and Smith Jared were living here while she was his PR person and he was working in Hollywood. In the last scene he walks through the door and she tells him that she cannot accept his ring and that she is moving back to NYC.
We went on Caravan this morning and were the first to see the house which is decorated in minimalist style with a modern vibe. The home has three stories and has one amazing crashing ocean view. As you walk through the doors of each room you can tell there is a futuristic beep that goes off, which the listing agent says is just part of the state of the art alarm system which can be turned off. The bathrooms have the most amazing state of the art toilets. One bathroom has a bidet. You truly have to see it to believe it.
